Body shaping by means of a vibration modelling. It is possible to model the shape and the silhouette of certain body areas with the help of vibration modelling. Fat pads that do not disappear after sport and diet, for example so called saddlebags or fat on the belly and thighs, are removed for long term. Fat cells that have been removed by liposuction do not form again. Due to a tumescent local anesthesia procedure during vibration modelling, there is no danger of damage of nerves or bigger blood vessels.
The vibration modelling is a low-risk method. Anaesthesia is not necessary.
How vibration modelling is performed
During vibration modelling under a tumescent local anesthesia, the tissue is numbed by an infusion of a dilated anesthetic solution and at the same time, the interconnection of cells and their connection to connective tissue is disengaged. Due to an easy solubility, the fat tissue can be extracted by suction and the shrinking tendency of the skin is intensified after the intervention.
After the solution takes effect, a thin blunt rounded down hollow needle is inserted into the under skin fatty tissue, and the tissue is extracted by suction, being modelled at the same time. The corresponding skin incisions are 2 mm in size and are almost not visible after a few weeks. Despite of low stress a lot of fat tissue can be permanently removed.
On television, a liposuction method under general anesthesia is often shown. “Wild stabbing” into the tissue, without injecting solution before that, which can be seen there, scares many people off. The new method, that brings desired results even in the case of earlier irresolvable body shape problems, is a significantly more gentle and with fewer complications treatment then under general anesthesia. All possible accompanying effects and complications are significantly alleviated due to a tumescent local anesthesia. Therefore, the patients can as a rule leave the hospital right after the treatment and after one or two days go to work again. The treatment itself is painless, only after about one day there is a feeling similar to muscle ache in the area that has undergone treatment, which lasts for appr. 2 weeks. For one week, a corsage must be worn so that the new form is secured and accumulation of fluid is prevented. In the areas with a lot of tissue, such as for example spine, neck, breast fat can be very gently removed from the fibre due to innovative vibration suction.

The shape
Alongside with the choice of a gentle method, artistic shaping of a new body is decisive. Similar to an artist, who makes a sculpture, a doctor also shapes the body in the fatty tissue. To make an especially beautiful shape, the help of a patient is very important. A big advantage of local anesthesia is that the patient can get up and turn. This way the doctor and the patient can observe the future body shape from all sides and angles of view. To fulfil these high expectations to the future body shape, to make the transition to the parts of the body that have not undergone treatment yet gentle and subtle, the treating doctor must be not only a medical professional who works very thoroughly, he must also have artistic skills.

The result
Since the fat cells that have been extracted by liposuction do not grow again, the obtained body shape is lasting. In the case of putting on or loosing weight later on, a new body shape changes proportionally. Therefore, if saddlebags have been removed before, they will not develop again. In about 90% of patients, an improvement is obvious directly after the intervention. After a simple weight reduction, the remaining skin is hanging, or disturbing wrinkles and bulges develop. During liposuction under tumescent anesthesia, the skin under the treated area shrinks and become significantly tighter. Cellulite and stretching marks of the skin can often be considerably improved if not eliminated. When the first healing phase is over after about 3 weeks, the shape keeps constantly improving up to 18 months after the treatment. If many body areas are treated, an interval of 4 weeks between treatments is recommended. The most frequently treated body areas in women are: upper thighs (outside, so-called saddlebags), upper thighs (inside), knee, belly, thighs, waist, back, buttocks and double chin. In men, those are belly, waist (so- called “love-handles”), breast (male breasts) and double chin. As a matter of fact, any other part of the body can be treated, for example, calves, or sagging upper arms. This method is so gentle that in the case of reducing large female breasts, reduction up to 50 % is possible. Though the shape of the breast remains as it was, significant weight reduction of the breast is possible without big incisions. The fat, which was removed by suction, can be prepared and filled into syringes to be further used for a face and hand rejevenation.
